Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 333y will attempt to contact you using the registered email address before applying any dormant account policy. Reactivation is possible by contacting our support team.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met: your account must be fully verified; any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed; and the withdrawal amount must meet the stated minimum threshold for your chosen method. Withdrawals requested against a real-money balance that includes uncleared bonus funds will be held until wagering requirements are fulfilled.

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. They must be wagered a specified number of times — stated in the individual promotion terms — before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated clearly at the point of the offer.
Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Uncompleted wagering requirements that pass their expiry date will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account. Real-money funds deposited independently of any bonus are not affected by bonus expiry.
333y monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk staking strategies specifically designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent. The sports betting section on 333y covers cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports and other sports. Bets are accepted subject to the odds and markets available at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where explicitly stated otherwise.
Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting body. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or awarded to a team without play, 333y will apply the settlement rules specific to that sport and market type. Where no specific rule applies, stakes may be returned at the platform's discretion.
Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is placed. 333y is not responsible for odds that change between the time you view them and the time your bet is processed due to network delays.
Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the betting section and vary by sport and market type. Winnings that exceed stated maximums will be capped at the applicable limit.
333y reserves the right to void any bet placed on an obvious pricing error, a corrupted data feed, or in circumstances where the integrity of the event is in question. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or serious rule violations, balances may be withheld pending investigation. Accounts of deceased players will be closed upon receipt of a verified death certificate from a next of kin. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements at that time.
